Wouldn’t you know it? As soon as we get busy talking about the rumor of the Facebook phone, there seems to be something more to it.

I believe that the rumor ended with Facebook saying that they are doing something cool with their mobile applications. Now there is some new rumor going on that Google Android is the basis for its phone software

Some have speculated that Facebook and Google are a little too similar, and might not be able to work together. I hope that is not the case.

I wouldn’t be surprised if I eat the words of this last article I wrote about it and say that Google is working on the Facebook phone after all.

I don’t know if Facebook really needs any more publicity, but there is this rumor going around that the Social Network, soon to be a major motion picture, is making a phone.

The report came from TechCrunch that they were “secretly working on the project”. Facebook, with all their info leverage in their big social network, has responded saying that they are not building a phone.

They did say that they are working on a lot of mobile phone applications. I can’t help but wonder how a Facebook phone got started. It is like those Apple rumors.

There has been a lot of companies putting out keyboard accessories for the iPad, like the Keycase. This is made by Kensington, makers of the Powerback and other mobile accessories.

Like most of these iPad keyboard accessories, it uses Bluetooth to sync with the iPad. It also has hotkey buttons to activate the home screen and control media playback. The keyboard is made directly into the protective case.

The Kensington iPad Bluetooth keyboard will cost about $99.

We have already reported on the Toshiba Satellite A665-3DV 3D laptop before, and considering how much Toshiba is doing with the Folio 100 and Toshiba Libretto W100.

The company has just given the Satellite A665-3DV went and got itself a stereoscopic software makeover. It has a Toshiba Video Player application that will convert existing 2D content to 3D, and “firmware that will help you pipe stereoscopic video over the integrated HDMI port and upgrade your Blu-ray drive to take the new Blu-ray 3D discs”.

No word on when you can get this, but I’m sure it will be out soon.

Just yesterday, we were discussing how a Bluetooth Keyboard and Case for the iPad from Shenzhen cleared the FCC.

Someone else has actually put one on the market with the KeyCase iPad Folio with Integrated Bluetooth Keyboard. This particular one has a silicone Bluetooth 2.0 keyboard built-in to its leather case, and it has an iPad charging cable that is good for 45 hours.

You will note how it stands, just like a real laptop. I suppose it is quite similar to the ClamCase that we reported on a while ago.

It certainly is of a high quality. It costs about $90, but unfortunately, it is sold out. Hopefully, there will be a restocking.
