Equipped with this information you can go in negotiations with your boss, and bring along a better feeling for the numbers to talk about.
For Employers, the Gross/Net-Salary Calculator is a useful tool to calculate what an employee costs each year, month or per hour. You don't have to ask your accountant each time you need this information. You have everything right on your IPhone without any internet connection or additional costs.
