Android – Iphone – Applications

AT&T made a demo of their new service named U-Verse Mobile at the CTIA Wireless Show 2010 that is currently taking place in Las Vegas.

The U-Verse Mobile application was used on an iPhone and its main purpose is to let users watch video content on their cellphone directly from the U-Verse DVR that is located at home. While the demo was made on an iPhone that won’t be the only mobile phone supporting the app, according to AT&T they will most likely launch it on other platforms. In addition to watching the content, users can also set recording sessions which can be streamed afterwards. At the moment there is no information about the price or release date of the service.
