Like the Phubby, I saw this device at CTIA 2010, and it is as simple as it is practical. Simply put, the Cell-Mate is a headset so you can store your cellular phone or cordless phone at the ear.
You might be wondering why something like this would be invented since we live in a world of Bluetooth headsets. Well, some people, like the senior citizens, don’t want to deal with pairing or anything. They just want a way to put a hands-free phone to their ear. All the user needs to do is just stick the velcro on their phone, and stick the phone on the headset.
The Cell-Mate doesn’t have a distributor just yet, but it wants to, for about $14.95. Find out more about it from the website.
