Description:
pocketFruit is a reading app for the King James version of the bible.
It is designed with speed in mind to allow you to follow along with a message quickly and fluidly, without having to press a lot of buttons. Bookmarks keep your place, permitting you to jump quickly between passages. pocketFruit does not read the bible aloud, but is a textual reference only.
pocketFruit is as the bible was intended…completely free. Enjoy!
What’s New
- Added the ability to rotate the reader portion of the app to landscape for zoomed text reading.
- Reorganized the buttons in the book and verse selection to be in groups of 5 instead of 6 for faster searching
- The last scripture selected is saved so that the reader will open on that scripture when the app is run again.
- Updated the KJV bible database with a new version to address some of the duplication of verses found in the previous database
