Apple recently announced their iCloud service for Macs and iOS devices, where users can sync pretty much everything, including music, which iCloud would store your music in the cloud and you could download this to all your devices.
Now HP, one of Apple’s main competitors on the mobile and PC front, is looking to get a deal going with the major music labels to create their own music cloud service. HP currently offers a lot of tablets and mobile devices which could take advantage of a cloud service for music and media.
