The guys at Crackberry have mocked up what could potentially be what the BlackBerry Essex looks like. The Essex is expected to look like the Tour with WiFi and a trackpad that resembles the Curve 8520.
A few hours ago we showed you the first video game trailer on the film Blade Of Fury, Gameloft. We had no information available and did not even know what it was but now, thanks to MyApple.pl we can provide the first in-game screenshots and game features:
PHONGHERHE
This is a game of close combat, almost styled “Soul Calibur”. Among the features we have:

It’s my best friend, my only love, the jelly to my peanut butter. I love to sleep. I do it a lot, and our interactions will surely suffer if I did not receive a decent amount of sleep the night before. Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock works using the iPhone’s accelerometer to analyze your movement through the night. It detects your sleep cycles (hence the name SLEEP CYCLE Alarm Clock) throughout the night and after a couple nights fully determines what your sleep cycles are. You may be asking yourself “What is a sleep cycle Mr. Rithjin?” Well lets take a deeper trip into Science Land… Shall we? The average healthy human goes through a few sleep cycles through the night categorized into four different stages. Helpguide.org categorizes these four stages as such: So now that you understand these stages, you must also understand that there is a period when it is natural for the body to awake, and there are periods when if awoken, vital parts of your sleep cycle will be missed and you will turn into a flesh eating zombie. It’s science. What the Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock does differently for you is actually determine the most opportune time to wake you based on your body movements. You set your wake up time on the alarm clock and sleep cycle will pay careful attention to your body movements in the 30 minutes up to that specific time, and determine when is best to wake you up with a tune that gently caresses your ear drums and whispers “time to wake up Pooh Bear” in the voice of an angel. Then it feeds you breakfast. Oh and one last thing… This app is not a substitution for a good night’s rest. It is helpful on nights that you don’t get quite as much sleep as you wanted, but it’s definitely not going to trick your body into thinking you got a solid eight when you only got four hours of sleep. I have tested it, and it will not make up for a lack of sleep. But it’s not advertised to do so, so I’m fine with that. I could go on and talk about the menus in this app (which are actually very nice) but that stuff doesn’t matter. Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock is $0.99 and you would be insane to not go and buy this app right now. It just works. Period. It does exactly what it advertises which is absolutely amazing. Again, in all seriousness, my days are much more enjoyable when I’m not worrying when I get to go home and pass out.

I’m not usually too keen on the puzzle styles (as I honestly get defeated easily) but this game was fun! The first thing you’ll notice about Timeloop after launch is its great style, giving you these really cute cartoon pages to let you know what the game is about. The basic goal of each level, and the game for that matter, is to rescue the scientists from suffocating with the robot (and save cats along the way). Throughout the game, you must travel through time because the scientists are in an endless time loop, putting them in suffocating situations (bad pun) each time. Along the way to rescuing the scientists, there are doors that you have to pass through, most of which need fixed generators to activate. It did take me a few levels to “get” what was required of me and what the point was, but once I did, it was a really interesting game. Timeloop has 32 levels to complete, all of which have the same basic objective… get to the scientist. Each level provides you with a few tools that will help you to repair doors etc, including a spanner, a blowtorch, a mobile phone and a hairdryer. As the levels get progressively more difficult, and they definitely do, there is a real sense of a time rush, so I found myself clicking really fast to get him to move quicker to the rescue. It helps a lot to use the two fingers drag control to plan your attack. Sliding around with two fingers moves the lab around a bit to see all the doors and their mechanisms. This made a difference and a few puzzles I was able to solve far quicker then if I had not seen them first. Fortunately, if you do fail on a level, you just re-do it, and it’s still fun to redo them because there isn’t necessarily just one way to complete a level.
If you’re a veteran puzzle player or not, this game is worth a try. It’s quite fun and requires some extreme planning for how to help your future self… it’ll all make sense once you start playing. The graphics are slick and the sound effects are quite interesting. Tack on the great gameplay and you’ll want to sit and play as many levels as you can in one go. Have fun! |
