Some of you might remember when we covered that new update to the Sony VAIO P a while ago. You should know that you can get it now.
Just in case you don’t remember, here are the specs:
The new design has the 8-inch screen, but it is ’slicker, and more shrunk down’. It also has an accelerometer for allowing the user to browse through websites, pictures, or PDF pages by tilting it left or right. It also has an Intel Atom Z540 processor, Windows 7 Home Premium (32-bit) OS, 2GB DDRS SDRAM, 64GB SSD Flash Drive, GPS, digital compass, 2 USB ports, one SD card slot, and a Memory stick duo port, WLAN 802.11 b/g/n, built-in 3G, Bluetooth 2.1, webcam, as well as stereo speakers and a microphone.
As of yesterday, these new VAIO P netbooks are shipping, save for the pink model which is ready for shipping on June 25th. They cost about $900.
