I don’t know about you, but I can’t begin to count how many times I go to stick in a USB device only to find I’m inserting it in wrong. I would say fifty percent of the time I do it wrong the first time.
However, UltraTek’s new flipper is a male USB connector that allows you to plug it in any way you choose. Apparently, there is a thin male connector in the center with connectors on both sides.
I don’t see why we don’t have this already, but I don’t know the science of USB. I’m guessing that USB 3.0 is not flippable. USB 4.0 had better be.
