This app is incredible!  And free!  See Rio d Janeiro, New York, Rapa Nui, Hawaii, Moscow, Krakow, Mars… the list goes on and on—dozens of locations!  When the app is opened, you can check out “cities,” and “featured.”  And within these two areas, there are three more tabs!  This app is PACKED with hundreds of gorgeous photos from around the globe.  And of course, the photos are 360 degrees, meaning that you can move the camera lens and look at the sky, ground, and 360 degrees around you!  It’s like being there!  Incredible!  Also, while your mind is being blown by the quality of the photos, you can press the “i” logo, which will pop up a window, filled with information about the photo and location.  And you can bookmark the photo for later quick reference.

Also, in the main menu, you can click on “nearby.”  Then, you will be able to find local hotels, shopping, entertainment, wellness, coffee, bars, and pubs, restaurants, sport, educational, events, services, and companies.  ArounderTouch could legitimately become the most important tool on a vacation, or just finding out what’s around the corner.  All for free!

ArounderTouch is phenomenal!  It’s free!  This is one of the BEST apps that I have ever seen!  Download it now and explore the world around you… in all 360 degrees!

One of the expected handsets to be released this coming June is the MyTouch Slide. While this piece of news is not official, rumors have it that this new phone that will be carried by T-Mobile will carry a price of $149 for a 2 year contract.

And of course, for the people who don’t want to get tied up with a contract can also get it in another way. You can use a financing scheme for the said phone, paying $23 a month or get it outright for $399. Now before you get all jumpy, remember that this is a rumor. Let us just hope this is one rumor that will become true so that customers can get their hands on this cool Android-phone with a slide-out keyboard.

Nintendo and the American Heart Association have planned a “special joint announcement” for Monday.

What will be the subject of this announcement? Most are guessing that it will be the Vitality Sensor. This was a product that debuted at E3 last year, and it can directly measure one vital signs.

Well, we’ll see if this is that what that is.

Today is the day that the Palm Pre Plus is coming to AT&T, but the world was not grand yesterday for Pre users.

According to my source, Palm owners were “experiencing all kinds of problems related to the App Store and their Palm Profiles”.

Reports indicate the problems started last night, since then users haven’t been able to download new apps or update existing ones from the catalog, while those unlucky enough to have tried a reset have had trouble signing back into their Palm profile in the cloud, and have lost some information like call logs and had to resync their various accounts in webOS. The Palm Developer Website is also down, tossing a “back in a few hours” sign in the window and going out for a few afternoon mimosas.

A recent update from my Source says that Palm has fixed the problem. Just in time, apparently. By the way, you can get the Pre Plus from AT&T for $149.99 with a free Touchstone charging dock “for a limited time”.

This is a video of Windows Mobile 7, and how it is going to work.

You will note all the effects of this Associated Press App, and I especially like the paging effect. I also admire its ability to do 3D graphics, and manipulate them as well.

This is just running off a touchscreen desktop, but who knows what else it is capable of.
