Some apps are useless. Some apps are kind of useful. Some apps are useful.
This app — is excellently useful.
Houzz(for iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad) has over 30,000 photos and 25,000 ideabooks for home design ideas – the largest on the net. You can browse photos by style, room, and location and save them to your virtual idea book. Offline access is also possible. You can browse everything from local designers to architects and contractors who can help you realize your dream home.
So I don’t have my own home yet(No I’m not homeless. Just in case you were wondering.) But if I did have my home in the future, this would be an ideal app for getting ideas for designing my home without wasting time or money(on failed ideas). As far as most people go, they probably are clueless when it comes to home design and end up spending money on unnecessary things or ideas that don’t work. Using this app, you can probably find the most cost-efficient design that might fit your aesthetic sense.
10/10. I like.
