Sean Kovacs’s Google Voice application for iPhone GV Mobile+ has finally been released in the App Store. After being removed from the App Store for replicating already existing features of the iPhone, Google Voice Mobile made its way to Cydia. Then when Apple loosened the app approval process a few days ago, they told Kovacs he could resubmit his application.
GV Mobile+ is probably the most popular Google Voice application, but it is not the first one to appear in the App Store. Yesterday, GV Connect was officially approved and became the first Google Voice application to return to the Store for download… Read More
Google Voice has done a lot for Android with Voice Widgets and faster dialing. Now, it is about to do something for Apple.
That’s right, Apple. GV Mobile was pulled from the App Store a while ago, but this third party GV Connect does all what you want Google Voice to do. You can place calls using a Google Voice number rather than a mobile number, as well as send and receive text messages from it.
There is a whole list of features of GV Mobile that you can read about by clicking on my Source Link. You should be able to get it for about $3 on iTunes.
Flight Doodle is another iPhone App in the Doodle tradition like Doodle Fly-Fly to the Moon and Doodle Blitz.
Judging from the video, Flight Doodle also resembles the addictive game of Flaboo, as the goal appears to be arising higher and higher. It looks like you can doodle up your avatar in a load of colors, or select from what you have.
If you want this, then you can get it for free. However, it doesn’t look like this offer will last long. I don’t know what the regular price for this is.

It has come to Android, and it allows the user to chop up fruit while avoiding bombs. It has OpenFeint support so you can see how you are doing with the rest of the Android community.
You should be able to get it for about $0.99.

Those of you who like Football Apps like HuddleHub and Yahoo Fantasy Football might like Steve Young Football for the iPad.
This doesn’t look like your typical Football App. It looks like you “defend the football galaxy against WILD PIGS, TORNADOS, CRAZY FANS, and more in a single and multiplayer sports adventure”! You can battle across four stadiums that sound atypical, and there are land mines, earthquakes, and intercepters for obstacles that are not necessarily NFL regulation.
You should be able to get this App at the iTunes store for about $4.99.
