Simplify Photo is a great iPhone app for photo lovers that brings your entire photo library at home to your iPhone or iPod touch. View home photos at the office or on the road using the Simplify Photo app on your iPhone. You need to create an account and sign in with your Simplify Media screen name and password then, install Simplify Media on your desktop in order to access all of your photos from your iPhone or iPod touch. When you sign in, Simplify Media builds a list of the available computers you are connected to. It will take a few minutes for all of your photo information to appear, but you can start browsing right away.
View by folder, timeline, map and iPhoto categories like Albums, Events and Faces. Save any photo to to your Camera Roll or search photos by title, comment and description. Scroll through thumbnails within a category and select an image for a larger view. Start a slide show or save an image to your Camera Roll. View geo-located images on the map. Simplify Photo reads the files GPS coordinates or the Place from iPhoto. Search across your connected computers.

Cahoots is a group chat app for the iPhone with push notifications. To use Cahoots, create a group with any name and invite other users to join. Everybody in the group is immediately notified of a new message, and all can participate in the chat. Messages are received even when the Cahoots app is closed via push technology. Cahoots is good for chatting at work with colleagues, or with groups of friends or family and can be a good alternative to conference calls and or SMS messaging.
The downsides: Everybody in the group must have the Cahoots app which costs 2 bucks a pop. Push notifications will only be received when you are connected to a wi-fi network if you are an iPod touch user.

Roadee is navigation app for the iPhone with text to speech and turn by turn directions for under $2. With Roadee you can navigate to each address, point of interest, contact of your address book or your home. The Roadee app for the iPhone also displays speed and driving directions. Furthermore you can search for any point of interest and start navigating right away.
Roadee makes use of the daily growing map data of openstreetmap. Openstreetmap is like wikipedia for maps. You can create an account on OpenStreetMap and participate in the community. This is not required for the use of Roadee. The routing information are calculated and provided by cloudmade. There is no mappack download needed. The mapdata will always be up to date. Routing information will be improved steadily.

The free Memory Sweep app (labeled Scan on its icon) for lets you free your memory before using your favorite applications without having to be forced restart your iPhone and easily free your memory instantly. Memory Sweep also lists apps currently running so you know what is still in the background that you may want to shut down manually.
Your iPhone or iPod Touch has a limited amount of memory. By freeing some of this memory used for native apps, you are reallocating more memory to run the applications you have downloaded. Free 15mb for moderate use or 30mb to maximize clean-up. It is not recommended to free more than 30mb, which is the maximum memory set by this app.

There have been a few reports circulating recently that the exclusive service providers in both Canada and Australia are running out of iPhones in stock. On top of that they are saying that it will be several weeks before normal availability will resume.
Although they are out of stock local Apple stores have most models available. Rogers Wireless, the exclusive carrier for Canada, stated that they are continuing to recieve new shipments but they are all going to fill backorders.
