Apple’s iPhone 4 is without a doubt one of the most hyped electronics on the market with infamous tales of misplaced devices, theft and more adding to the fire. With such hype comes easy disappointment as just like every other product, the iPhone 4 is not perfect. Everyone remembers the death grip debacle that had Apple give out free cases to all owners and the infamously absent white iPhone 4.

While the death grip problem has effectively died down, consumers are still wondering when they will be able to get their hands on a white iPhone 4. Well, if you’re one of the few who is still waiting for the device, you will be happy to hear that 9to5mac has managed to secure a picture showing that the iPhone 4 will officially be coming in spring of 2011.

If the past is anything to go by, we wouldn’t be surprised if Apple will delay the white iPhone 4 again but it’s nice to see that it hasn’t fallen off the face of the earth just yet. We’ll update you if we hear anything further.

Some of you might like to listen to music from your iPhone or iPod Touch as you are driving, but this App known as Slow Down, is here to make certain you don’t drive too fast.

Slow Down taps into the car’s speedometer, so that if you are driving too fast, your music will literally slow down. If you drive 10 miles over the speed limit, your music will pause until you resume the proper speed.

Clearly, you are going to want some serious sound from this particular iPod/iPhone dock.

The folks out at Proporta sent over one of their Aluminum Lined Leather Case models for the iPhone 4, and what you’ll find here is, even thought this is really rather simple in design, it’ll include some extra surprises you won’t see coming.

The Proporta Aluminum Lined Leather Case is pretty much exactly what it says on the box: a case made of high quality leather and geared toward the iPhone 4. It’s got slots on the side for easy access to the volume, a port on the rear of the case for the camera aperture, an aluminum top panel for extra protection and a magnetic closure.

I said “geared toward the iPhone 4″ for a reason–you’ll be able to use this with some other devices. My iPod Touch didn’t have a problem in the world taking advantage of most of the features here. Obviously the camera aperture was useless, but still, the touchscreen was accessible and so was the main front button. It was almost the same thing. Other phones may well be able to take advantage of this too.

And as cases go, this one is both nice–that leather really is high quality, and it feels terrific–and very functional. The magnetic closure is a nice, nifty twist, the extra ports are all welcome and the aluminum panel is a great help in keeping your highly valuable iPhone 4 safe.

It may just be a case, but the Aluminum Lined Leather Case from Proporta is definitely one of the finest kind. Some may find $42.95 a bit excessive for a cell phone case, but add on the lifetime warranty and it makes things a little different.
