We’ve reported on a lot of iPad magazines, like Wired, and the new exclusive iPad mag Maverick. This is the first time I have seen anything like Flipboard.

Flipboard is essentially an auto-generated contents page that is take from your Facebook and Twitter accounts. It is filled with pages and pages of stuff like web articles and videos of what your friends are into.

Best of all, the app is absolutely free.

We are no stranger to Star Wars games, like the Battle for Hoth.

Now, Trench Run is receiving an update to 2.0. You can see work here in the video with “Brass Monkey” technology that allows you to use the iPhone as a controller for a big screen version of the game. In addition to this very cool feature, there are new levels and ships as well.

I believe that the Trench Run game costs $5, and the 2.0 update will cost $0.99.

Apparently, that new iPhone 4 gyroscope is much better than the accelerometer for augmented reality, as this video shows.

What you see here is an iPhone 4 next to a 3GS, running an augmented reality program. You will note that the iPhone 4 on the left is giving away a lot more information.

At least, that is what I think you are supposed to notice. I don’t have much experience with augmented reality apps. It’s nice to see the iPhone 4 improvements being complimented, though.

What you are seeing here is Samsung’s new AMOLED, taken under the hammer.

You will note that it does not break. You will also notice that it is quite flexible. Does this mean that we are going to have phones thinner?

Too bad this one wasn’t put on the Samsung Galaxy S, in any of its versions.

N-3D DEMO from aircord on Vimeo.

This is the N-3D DEMO from aircord, and it is able to put out three-dimensional images from the iPad.

You can watch the videos for yourself, and it has some video of an exploding sphere that looks like the AT&T logo. You can even watch this thing react to sound and it even works as a projector.

Hopefully, Aircord Labs will make this work, it is quite cool. I’ve seen the iPad as a secondary monitor, but this is the first I’ve seen as this.
