Over the last weeks we’ve been rewriting the IPAL’s structure to bring you iPad apps with their reviews and videos. Today we’re excited to bring you new features:
iPad apps
The updated website allows you to see the apps for iPad and iPhone, see top charts, browse free and paid listings simultaneously (well, you cannot do this in App Store), sort the apps by popularity, by release date and overall browse apps more quickly. “Universal apps”, those that are designed for both iPad and iPhone, are marked with a small Plus sign as you used to see in iTunes.
Advanced Search
Search on IPAL is now much more than search for just apps. Now you can search for app videos and text reviews from all around the web as well as for real-time results on Twitter.

Google Mobile has come to the iPad, again. Yeah, they had there, but then they removed it.
Apparently, Google was not satisfied with a bigger version of their iPhone App, so they created another one. This newer version of the Google Mobile app for the iPad integrates the My Location bar, and still has access to Gmail, Calendar, Latitude, and Documents as well as Search options of Maps, Images, News, and Shopping.
I guess that Alice in Wonderland is getting a lot of exposure with the Disney movie, an iPhone app, and now a very interactive storybook on the iPhone.
You should get the Alice and Wonderland iPad App for $9, or as a “lite” app for free. I would imagine that the free version doesn’t have near the cool stuff as the ones in the video above.
