Android – Iphone – Applications

We have seen a lot of concept MP3 Players before like the Zipper and the Sideon.

This one is a concept by Hugo Cailleton, and it looks a lot like a Creative Zen Stone with a touch of green. It has an FM radio, microphone, retractable USB plug, and a large display for easy playlist navigation.

Archos has been around fror quite some time releasing various portable media players for public consumption but its only recently that the hardware manufacturer decided to get buddy buddy with Google’s Android mobile operating system. I mean, it’s no surprise that a company ike Archos would do such a thing especially with Google’s CEO announcing that an astonishing 200,000 Android powered devices are being sold each and every day.

Anyways, Archos’ latest Android powered device, the Archos 32, has just been put up for pre-order. If you’re not famiilar with this device, it features a 3.2-inch screen, Android 2.1, 8GB of built-in storage, WiFi, Bluetooth, a built-in camera and even an accelerometer. So basically, think an Android powered smartphone, minus 3G (or 4G, in some cases) connectivity.
