playstationphone The Playstation Phone from Sony EricssonI think we all knew about the PlayStation Phone from Sony Ericsson, and our pals at Engadget got a shot of it.

It has 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655, 512 MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM, and a screen that ranges from 3.7 to 4.1 inches. There are rumors that it will have Android 3.0, and I’m pretty certain that the user can purchase and download games designed for this platform.

I’m surprised that I haven’t heard more about this, but I’m sure that we will. Will it be better than the emulator for the iPhone?

concept samsung jot Samsung Jot concept phoneWe we seen a lot of concept phones here like the AVA, the Sony Ericsson FH, and the Flex display.

Generally, these concept phones have some factor that differentiates them from the average ones. In this case of the Samsung Jot, it is the rotary dial making a comeback, not to mention the capacitive OLED display and removeable stylus.

I’ve yet to see any of the other concept phones become real, and I don’t know whether or not the Jot will come true either.

htchd7 Europe Getting Windows Phone 7 Powered HTC HD7 Early Next Year

Microsoft is looking to make a hard comeback in the mobile world with their forthcoming Windows Phone 7 mobile platform. In the past we’ve said we won’t know how the platform stacks up against the competition until some of the devices are outed. Well, if you’ve been paying attention, you’ll know that ust afew days ago Microsoft came forth to show us their whole line up of device. One of these devices was the HTC HD7 Pro.

The HTC HD7 Pro features a 4.3-inch touchscreen, a 1GHz processor, 576MB of RAM, a 5 megapixel camera capable of recording 720p HD video and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. While we aren’t exactly sure when we will see the HD7 Pro hit store shelves, it has been made known today that the device will be making its way to Europe early next year.

Of all the devices that Microsoft showed off to run Windows Phone 7, I think the HTC HD7 was one of the nicest looking. What do you guys think?

500x liveviewsonyericsson 280x133 Sony Ericsson’s LiveView Mini display for Android phonesThis is the Sony Ericsson LiveView, and it is a 1.3 inch Bluetooth mini-display designed for Android phones for versions 2.0 and higher.

Yes, it does look like a new version of the iPod nano, and yes, I don’t see why your mobile would need additional mobile device either. However, it could be worn as a watch, and used to display texts, incoming calls, control music, and even get some updates for Twitter, Facebook, and RSS.

The LiveView is slated for a Q4 release, but I don’t have a price.

phil jackson androidjpg 280x210 If there is a Facebook Phone, it will do AndroidWouldn’t you know it? As soon as we get busy talking about the rumor of the Facebook phone, there seems to be something more to it.

I believe that the rumor ended with Facebook saying that they are doing something cool with their mobile applications. Now there is some new rumor going on that Google Android is the basis for its phone software

Some have speculated that Facebook and Google are a little too similar, and might not be able to work together. I hope that is not the case.

I wouldn’t be surprised if I eat the words of this last article I wrote about it and say that Google is working on the Facebook phone after all.
