This is an Android App known as Barr. It is similar to an iPhone App that takes place in the Star Wars Cantina, except that instead of serving drinks to aliens, you are serving to pirates.
So not only can you serve pirates beer, but you can also give them tattoos! Sounds pretty cool, right? What if I were to tell you that the game is free. Even cooler, because it is.
