This is Fastar: an acronym for Fight Angry Squares: The Action RPG.
It is a side-scrolling game in which you, the minimalist hero, deal with minimalist villains, who just happen to be squares. On your way, you can get a lot of spells and upgrade the characters weapons and shields. There are a variety of control options like tilt, d-pad, and swipe.
The game is about speed, and it has 24 different levels for about $1. It could be a lot like Wolfenstein RPG or Mecho Wars.
