We have reported on the Toshiba Folio 100 Android tablet before, from its introduction at IFA to its European release.
For those who need a review, it is an Android tablet with a 10.1 inch touchscreen (1,024 x 600 pixel resolution) 7 hour battery life, 16GB internal storage capacity, Android 2.2 (Froyo), and an Nvidia dual-core processor.
There has been a rumor that a Toshiba Folio 100 has a new firmware update (v2.2.5.0053) that can improve the screen and touch responsiveness. It also deals with issues with the lag, pinch-to-zoom capabilities, not to mention the audio and video processing.
Granted, there isn’t Adobe’s Flash Player 10.1, but it does show progress for Android advancement, though. Of course, this advancement is still unconfirmed by my Source as a rumor. I would like to know if this is legit.
