This is Woodford Design iPad magnetic Mount, and I suppose it is primarily made to put the iPad on the refrigerator. This is different for a regular iPad stand like the Joule or the @Rest, for example.
It works with replaceable corner clips, and it can be used at landscape or portrait angles. It does cost about $76, which might seem a lot for a big magnet.
