dream meanings Dream Meanings App Review–Buggy Teaser AppWe’ve all had strange dreams at one time or another–whether they’re real bafflers like the ones you have after a meal of burritos or the simple, gentle kind you have on a more regular basis that are almost worth remembering–the end result is that a lot of the time, something is going on in your head that you just plain old can’t understand. And that’s difficult to deal with, but if you’ve got an iPhone or an iPod, it’s about to get just a bit easier with the release of Dream Meanings, currently out in the App Store. So we’re going to have a look as part of our normal Thursday, and what we’ll find here is actually pretty interesting for a few reasons you wouldn’t expect.

Dream Meanings gives you access to a variety of dream archetypes–if you’ve dreamed of hell or falling or being lost or eating or people with beards, those are in here.

It’s too bad that Dream Meanings controls like a crackhead trying to sort record albums; it whizzes through the various choices of images, and oftentimes, you’ll shoot right past the one you want and have to double back, then much to your chagrin, you’ll find you shot past it in the other direction. And worse yet, the free app really isn’t that free at all; you’ll get the app free, of course, but many of the dream archetypes will remain locked until you buy the full version. This isn’t so much a free app as it is a demo.

Still though, if you like analyzing your dreams and you want a simple place to do that that’s a bit on the buggy side, Dream Meanings should be about the app you’re after.

The Good

Free app

Fun to use

The Bad

Buggy controls

Many archetypes are locked until you pay for them.
