I think we all know that print is dead, or dying, apparently. Considering all the mobile applications out there like Newsday, who needs a newspaper?
There is a rumor that Apple is creating a newspaper subscription service, and it looks like it should be getting it on iPhones and iPads.
I’m sure there will be some sort of big announcement by Steve-O himself when that happens, assuming he wants to.

Some of you might remember the application called Google Voice Mobile, which was approved in the App Store last year. When the battle between Apple and Google started heating up though, the application was pulled from the App Store because it “replicated features that come with the iPhone”, namely the “phone” part. The app quickly went underground and made its way to the iPhone anyway via Cydia.
Since Apple loosened the app approval process last week, they invited Sean Kovacs, the developer of Google Voice Mobile, to resubmit his application to the App Store. Woohoo, great news indeed. MacRumors has had the chance to have a quick glance at the application, rebaptized GV Mobile+ for the occasion. It looks pretty good… Read More

It has been a while since I reported on Bitbop since I first met them at CTIA, and they have just come to Android.
I got to try them out on BlackBerry, and it delivers streaming of full-length TV shows from Fox, NBC, and other affiliates. It can broadcast through WiFi and 3G, and it will work on the Motorola Droid, HTC Droid Incredible, HTC EVO 4G, Droid 2, Droid X, as well as Nexus One smartphones.
I believe it is still at its going rate of $9.99 monthly, which is about as much as Hulu Plus. There is a free trial for up to three shows a week.
