Bubble popping games have been a part of iPhone culture since the beginning. In fact, there’s probably not a user out there who hasn’t stolen at least a few moments absentmindedly popping virtual bubbles between calls or emails. Typically, these types of apps are free and intended as pointless observations of finger dexterity and speed. Dreamscape, which is Barefoot Explorers’ rendition of the infamous bubble game is a bit different than the vast majority of others.
To begin with, Dreamscape is a paid app. However, it incorporates some of the aspects of an arcade game, such as limited numbers of misses, time limits, level advancements, high score tracking, and bonus point and combo opportunities. For this reason, Dreamscape is a little more detailed, even if based on the most simple of premises.(…) Read the rest of Dreamscape is a Bubble Arcade Set against Dreamy Backgrounds

I found this awesome lockscreen on Cydia yesterday, with a little help from AtomicMufin on Twitter. It’s called TypoPhone 4 and it’s basically a lockscreen theme that shows the time and date in large bold letters. It also contains this cool unlock slider. You can download it from Cydia and activate it with Winterboard.
To have it look exactly like the image above, you’ll also need to download Lockscreen Clock Hide from Cydia, which like the name suggests, hides the clock on your iPhone. Read More

These are some photos posted to HP CTO Phil McKinney’s Twitter page by HP’s Mark Budgell.
Why in the world were these posted, and why are they being literally blacked out I suppose if you are in the market for an all ebony tablet-sized device, phone-sized device, and possibly a watch, then this could be for you. Are these the Slate or PalmPad?
That is, if we can get some more information on it. As it is, the second part of Budgell’s tweet encourages folks to vote for McKinney’s SXSW 2011 panel. Uh, how can we vote for it if we don’t know anything about it?
Feel free to add a comment if you know anything more.

There has been a CDMA version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. This is not the one that has appeared on video, but the Tab is already successful without being released yet, and even has its own line of accessories.
Does this mean that a 3G version of it will show up on Sprint or Verizon? It certainly looks that way. We know that it runs on Android 2.2.
It also has Flash, which is, of course, important for an iPad. Well, I don’t have a release date or price for now.

According to my Source, Visual Task Switcher is an Android App that is “sorta like a poor man’s version of webOS “Cards”.
Visual Task Switcher allows for displaying a thumbnail of open applications so a user can easily switch apps or close apps at well. I don’t have anything on that on my phone, but I think that we all want to see everything that is running on our phone, all at once.
You can get an ad-supported version for free, or get the full version for just $1.99.
